1. Refund Eligibility

  • Free Trials: Refunds are not applicable for courses accessed through a free trial.
  • Paid Courses: Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been completed. Requests made after this period or for courses that have exceeded the content completion threshold are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Request Procedure

  • Required Information: Include your order number, the title of the course, and a brief explanation for your refund request.

3. Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 5 business days.
  • Resolution: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products, including downloadable resources and software, once accessed or downloaded.
  • Completed Courses: No refunds will be issued for courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
